Languages[]

Eddie, I think the language the book was written in would be good column to add to these tables. Nice initiative Xsintill 19:18, 19 October 2006 (UTC)

Thanks. I couldn't believe it when I realised we didn't have a book listing. :) The "language" thought did occur to me, but I'm wondering if language should possibly be a sub-level of each version? That way a person can zero in on their version and language of interest. It also saves on the space that a column would take up, mostly filled with "English". What do you think? I made an example of using sub-sections for different languages in the Delphi 7 section. What do you think? Eddie 15:21, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
Marco Cantu's books have been translated into many languages look at this page for a list of books older then Delphi 7. I'm not sure if it will save space but i think your right when it comes to simpler searching for the reader. Xsintill 22:18, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
I meant saving space width wise. Fewer columns means columns can be wider, especially where some book titles are rediculously long. :) Eddie 23:24, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
P.S. Feel free to add Dutch titles. I've done my bit with the English titles. Hopefully Dummzeuch will do his bit with German titles. Groetjes! Eddie 23:40, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

Strange Entry[]

I believe the recent addition .NET 2.0 for Delphi Programmers is not a delphi 2006 book but a .NET book and not even a Delphi .NET. I have to check for this. But maybe this should be put in a specific area since it's audience is delphi programmers. Xsintill 14:47, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

I agree with you it shouldn't be there. As you say, it's not about Delphi. Eddie 00:19, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
